After working as a fitness instructor and a yoga teacher, a personal love of long-distance running (and therefore injury prevention!) prompted a return to education to study sports and soft tissue therapy. As a therapist, I very much take a person-centred approach, guided by how each client feels on any given day and adapting treatment to meet those needs.  I provide massage and sports therapy from my wee clinic in The Shore, Edinburgh on Mondays-Saturdays and currently offer sports/remedial massage, deep tissue and Swedish/relaxation, relaxing foot massage and Indian head massage and I recently added Thai Yoga Massage Level 1&2 to my treatment repertoire.   # "At EYST our social mission is to improve access to the health benefits of yoga, massage and movement therapy." ## CONTACT US GET IN TOUCH - **5 Mitchell St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 7BD**  - eyst.scot@outlook.com - 07599 902644 facebook-f icon linkedin-in icon Twitter icon instagram icon - [Services](https://eyst.uk#services) - [Gallery](https://eyst.uk#gallery) - [About](https://eyst.uk#about) --- [![logo 4 hubspot](https://eyst.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/logo%204%20hubspot.png?width=1953&height=408&name=logo%204%20hubspot.png "logo 4 hubspot")](http://www.eyst.uk) The Wee Massage and Yoga Studio 5 Mitchell St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 7BD Copyright © 2025, Edinburgh Yoga and Sports Therapy
